These pots and pans are expensive. However, after using them for several months (both frying pans and sauce pans) they are worth every penny. Not only do they clean super easily, they actually produce superior food. Amazing how evenly they heat. Eggs-now I understand how perfectly turned omelets are produced. Can flip eggs without using a spatula. I would repurchase these again in a second.How durable are they; I do not know as we have only had them for 2 months. Their build quality seems very good, but we will see how well the non stick surface holds up.

excellent pot for general use, heats evenly and nonstick makes cleaning a matter of a simple wipe. a pleasure to use.

I’m a believer in this product line and have several pieces. It is sturdy and cleans up like a dream. If you are careful to keep heat to medium - medium high and hand wash it , they will last longer than other nonstick pans. Meat does sear and heat distributes evenly. They are my go to pans!

Best induction cookware out there I could find.

I started purchasing Swiss Diamond cookery several years ago, and their endurance is excellent. The heating is uniform, and yet they are relatively lightweight. The handle is made of a material that does not heat up when used on the stove top (unlike metal handles) and yet it is rated to 500°F in the oven. I note that there is one reviewer who gave this pan a low rating, but he did that because it didn't function with his induction stove. So don't buy it for induction heating. But I use a gas stove, and it is excellent. Over the coming years I will probably gradually shift all my pots and pans to Swiss Diamond.

The Swiss Diamond cookware is heavy, but not as heavy as cast iron. It heats evenly, is none stick without that coating, and cleans easily, and is dishwasher safe. I really like them. This is just one piece of a set I bought. I've gone with less costly cookware, but it wears out too fast. These might last a lifetime. I highly recommend Swiss Diamond.

Everyone in our family loves this saucepan. The nonstick surface is the best we've ever come across. There is one thing however that could be improved -- the bottom of all of our Swiss Diamond Induction pots show a little bit of rust. This is most likely because the bottom of the pan is made out of steel rather than aluminum to provide a magnetic induction material. It would be better if Swiss Diamond would make the bottom from rust-proof stainless steel or a sandwiched steel clad in between aluminum layers so that the bottom wouldn't be exposed steel that can rust. The good thing is that the bottom of the saucepan is usually hidden, so this bit of rust doesn't affect the looks unless you turn the pot upside down. The non-induction model is all-aluminum and probably doesn't have this glitch (that's why we don't hear about the Swiss Diamond rust more often, it only affects induction models). This is still our favorite saucepan though.

This pot is all that Swiss Diamond says it is. Great buy.

Amo questa marca quindi posso solo dire che la trovo perfetta. È così facile farlo che le lavo sempre a mano con pochi colpi di spugna e uso solo attrezzi in silicone. Questa non è per fuochi a induzione ma esiste anche la versione adatta. Credo costi appena un pò di più.
