UPDATE: If I could give this 50 stars I would. Through unfortunate circumstances and a scattered brain I actually managed to run my phone completely over with my Jeep SUV! Face down on the pavement, directly under my tire and there is not a scratch on my phone screen. Of course, the screen protector was beyond shattered, but in 3 days I had a new one! This is the best purchase I have ever made. It has paid for itself 100 times already!I dropped my brand new iPhone X face down on the concrete. I was devastated to find a chunk missing and a spiderweb crack across the middle of the screen. The genius my fiancé is told me to check if it went through the screen protector and it hadn’t!! Unfortunately I had never registered my first one on the Zagg website so I immediately bought a new one. It has already paid for itsself!! Make sure to register it though because it has a lifetime guarantee and I could have replaced it free. Only downside, my box did not include instructions but nothing a quick google search couldn’t fix.

Everyone can chill out now.... I called Zagg. “Glass Defense” is the U.K. product label for the US Glass+. So, your box may say that.Fit is perfect on the iPhone X and there’s a small amount not covered on the edges so that a case can fit. Application was easy because they send you a plastic guide.

I previously (see below) wrote a glowing review but this has all changed now. The Zagg cracked (this seems to be an inevitable aspect of glass shields) and Zagg replaced it for free and I paid shipping. Then it cracked again and when I went back to a Zagg.com it said that this item was no longer carried so I couldn’t get a replacement. I sent Zagg an email inquiring about the “lifetime warranty” and if I could get another shield as a replacement. Crickets. No response at all. I will never do business with this company again.———(Old review)I’ve used Zagg to protect all of my iPhones and it is truly amazing. I have dropped my phone from the second story and had it drop on the pavement and the only damage was the Zagg cracked but my phone was fine. I have dropped my phone quite frequently (not usually as bad as that one time) with no damage to either the phone or the Zagg. Highly recommend to everyone. I bought this particular one for an IPhone XS and the application was super easy. They’ve changed the process where it is now dummy-proof. Perfect for me :)

I have always used Belkin screen protectors but was recommended the ZAGG InvisibleShield when I purchased my new phone. The protector cracked within 2 weeks of the using it and without the phone ever being dropped. They do offer a "free" replacement under warranty but fail to mention that you will have to pay shipping (starting at $5.99). I'd advise against this product and recommend Belkin, which offers a stronger product and free replacement that actually costs $0.

Boooo!1. My biggest issue is that the directions are pathetic and vague.2. The wet wipe was basically bone dry.3. The video they end you to for the install is SOOOOO outdated that it doesn’t even include the EZ Apply array. I had to find an EXTERNAL source that included directions for the tray.4. You are supposed to clean first and the attach the tray which, for me, meant I still ended up with debris under the glass. This meant that I had to lift it back up to try and get the debris out and now the edges are NOT well adhered.5. The tray is way awkward compared to a MUCH cheaper protector I just used on my dad’s XR.6. Finally, the box arrived with a “compatible with” sticker which tells me this is old and explains the BONE DRY wet wipe.A waste of $35.

I have had a Zagg screen protector on my last phone for years which is why I opted for this one to replace it when I upgraded phones. What I love so much is the warranty, and when I got a crack in it, I could just replace it, paying just the $6 shipping. It’s worth it to me to invest in it

Doesn’t last. I bought my glass defense screen on Feb 19, 2019. It’s now March 12, 2019 and the screen is already cracked. I set my phone down and my keys fell on the protector. Can’t get a replacement because you have to register it on their website and they don’t take amazon purchases. Save your money, it’s not worth it.

This was my first Zagg product i tried installing myself since I've been using their products for about a decade now.. They include a little frame to help install the screen protector properly. It feels almost like the glass screen my iPhone Xs comes with and the color of the screen looks great with it on! It took me a bit to install it without any bubbles in the middle and I ended up, after a few tries, getting it on but with bubbles on the corners which is better than bubbles in the middle of the screen. I would recommend their products and purchase from them again!Make sure to register the product on zagg's website to qualify for the lifetime warranty they offer.

I have one for every iPhone in the family...five in total. It takes the brunt of any mishaps whether it be chips or scratches. Your phone screen survives intact. Well worth the money. I've used the warranty too. You only pay for shipping to get a replacement as long as you send the damaged InvisibleShield back to ZAGG.

I was a bit worried about the “lightweight”  in the description but I really love it. The surface is really smooth and sensitive to the touch. It was also easy to install with the guide accessory that came in the package.Worth the buy.

Llevo años comprando la marca ZAGG y si de algo puedo estar seguro es que esto no es de la calidad ZAGG, al parecer es un engaño. Regresar producto...

This is not the first, now will be the last Zagg product. Every new phone gets a new Zagg protector! great investment.

Solo trae una código de barras pegado con una cinta adhesiva transparente y en el código trae la leyenda de Zagg invisible shield G....... es completamente dudoso el empaque.
