These things are fantastic for meatballs. The holes made making meatball kabobs easy too. Not so good for making snowballs tho lol I broke the big one squishing icy snow into a ball. Not the intended purpose so user error lol but, they did break without much pressure. Just thought I'd mention. I am reordering to replace, tho as they were great for cooking.

I got these to make cake balls a little less painstaking, and they have been a real treat to use. I used to hand roll the cake balls and they'd be 50 different sizes and it would take two hours of cake hands...essentially a real pain. Now, I can ball out an entire cake in minutes. Well. Worth. The. Purchase. On a side note, for this particular use, the large scoop is way too big for traditional cake balls, but I ain't judgin'.

Perhaps they need to be "broken in" but these are rough on the fingers. The metal holes have no padding and dig into the skin. Hence the single star for ease of use. They are economically priced so I kept my expectations low so I am not at all disappointed.

I was able to make ground turkey meatballs with this tool. The meatball falls right off. The turkey meatball was soft but with ice crystals in the meat. I had no luck forming almond/walnut/coconut balls with this tool. The dough stuck to the tool and the ball split in half as I opened to tool. I used the tool to measure the amount of dough to use, but I had to use my hands to roll the dough into a ball.

I used to cook a lot, but I have to use a wheelchair and the joints in my hands are damaged so I have a hard time cooking now. Thankfully, I have found little gadgets like these that are helping me adapt. Instead of rolling my meatballs, this allows me to scoop, squeeze, and plop them on the pan. It is so much easier that even my 6 year old is able to do it. The best part is that my meatballs actually taste better now. Handling the meatballs too much can make them tough, but this gadget allows me to quickly form the ball and keep it tender.

The handles on these are flat and very uncomfortable to use - not rounded and ergonomic like a pair of scissors. I tried using them with cookie dough and with meatballs. In both cases I ended up just using my hands because they were I efficient (had to dig the dough out of the rounded part each time) and uncomfortable. I will not be using them again.

I love making meatballs but find it’s too messy and takes way too long. With these tools, I can shape them faster and find it less messy. Once I form the ball with the meat, I just have to pull off the access ground beef around the holes and opening. They cook evenly in the oven since they are all the same size instead of using my hands to redo a few. This took less time, and although my husband laughed when I bought these he was impressed after I used them.

I love these things for making meatballs, way to use, easy to clean. The small one works for making soup size meatballs. The big one works for your standard Italian style meatballs. Solidly built and feels good in my hands

My mom has a set from the 80's - feels like plastic, but clearly it's lasted this long.I find this product to be very well and strong buid.Going to be easy to meal plan with ease...

Doesn't even pinch properly. The handles are thin and almost sharp to hold. It's terrible lol don't bother!

They felt so cheap and they were completely off centre. I will be returning them.
