I have always taken probiotics just started taking prebiotics. I take a prescription for reflux and the prebiotics helps my stomach. I can feel a difference in the way my stomach feels and that is a very good thing!!

This product has really helped me with some stomach issues I was having, my best friend recommended it to me, and I am glad that I started using it. My husband asked me if I think that it helps and I honestly do think that it does.

i eat a lot of vegetables and grains, with a bit of meat. after eating dinner, my stomach would always feel bloated. my digestive tract was sluggish and it took daily stool softeners and an occasional gentle laxative for all this fiber to leave my body. i walked around feeling uncomfortable for days. i had tried so many probiotics, but none of them did what i wanted them to do. i have always bought a certain brand of spaghetti and other noodles that contained "inulin" in them. i noticed when i ate that brand, it wouldn't leave me bloated and it went quicker through my system. so, i looked up inulin and saw it is a "prebiotic". i did some research on what ingredients are best for prebiotics, then i read various labels of many brands of "prebiotics" because of my experience with inulin. i finally found "Bio-Schwartz Prebiotics". i liked the fact that it started working immediately in your small intestine and then also your large intestine. many pre/pro biotics start working in your lower intestine, which i think makes you gassy because the biotics are breaking down your food in the large intestine. as the label said, this product starts working immediately. within 2 days, i had no bloating and fibrous foods went though and out my system in a day. in the 10 days since buying this, my weight has gone down 5 pounds, which i'm sure was 5 pounds of fiber that was just sitting in my body, feeling uncomfortable and not moving. i will definitely keep buying this instead of the stool softeners and laxatives i was buying before. this is a much more natural and comfortable way to keep bloating away and keep your system working regularly. i am incredibly impressed, something i can't say about many products i have tried. kudos to you, Bio-Schwartz! :)

I’ve tried many probiotics. Many work ok as does this one. I’ve yet to find a five star probiotic

I would like to urge, encourage, even harass ,if I need to :) , Anyone suffering from bowel problems, abundant yeast growth, chronic adult acne, bloating, the list of conditions that effective probiotics help eliminate is extremely long. I first bring up probiotics in this review as they are the necessary starting block to improve your overall health and increase your daily comfort, but which one to buy? Here on Amazon there are numerous reputable companies manufacturing good probiotics, but which one repeatedly offers a product that gets results? My boyfriend and I both suffer from illnesses that affect our immune systems. My boyfriend was diagnosed with Crohns disease almost a decade ago. I have IBS along with another illness that affects my digestion and bowel function. We have polar opposite symptoms from our illnesses one suffers from cramping, gas, and diarrhea the other bloating and constipation. I was directed to add a good probiotic to my regime. This started my trial of over ten different probiotics manufacturers. I try only probiotics with 30 - 60 billion units. I always try each manufacturer at least twice. Why? I am told there are numerous reasons why the same brand of supplement will produce differing results from month to month. Predominantly due to the simple difference in a person's habits. But I needed results. After two years of trying everything from the most expensive options, the highest rated, products new to the market, favorite brands sold at local stores Costco, Vitamin World, Now Foods, I found two brands on Amazon that 4 out of 5 times corrected my bowel functions to the point that I no longer felt bloated, very little gas, they even clear up my acne. You bet gut health has a huge affect on adult acne. I write this review to save you A LOT of time and 💰. Of those two brands Bioschwartz sells my preferable pre and probiotic. Why? Simple . About 3 years ago I had a sinus surgery performed and for a few days afterwards unknowingly ingested large amounts of blood. I believe this and the combination of antibiotics devastated my upper digestive system. I have been dealing with severe upper abdominal bloating, pain and vomiting. Ive tried major dieting changes to the extent of losing almost 30% of my weight. I was forced to cut out coffee, diary, spicy food, citrus and many other things I love. 2-3 times a week I would wake up in horrible pain, would have to soak in hot baths or use heating pads to help with the pain. It was never enough though. The pain was so bad a few times that my wife had to take me to the er. After seeing multiple gastro doctors, have an endoscopy and rectal we still had no answers. This issue caused me a tremendous amount of pain, stress, loss sleep and money. It’s ruined events with friends and family, parts of vacations and too many other things to mention. Great prebiotic. Very good for the gut.

This worked against me and my doc recommended that I discontinue this product. Stomach kept bubbling and twisting knots.
