I would have given 5 stars however the shell that contains the oil has very bad absorbency. I take these in the morning with food. Then one day, after my normal oil consumption of fish oil pills in the morning I felt very sick at night and threw up. To my dismay the gel shell from the fish oil came out with my dinner. Which was shocking because I took it in the morning. It was twice the size, of course open but it was still there as if I just took it. Do not think I’ll be buying these again.

I love this fish oil!! It is so easy to take I actually chew the pills because I enjoy the lovely taste so much!! My doctor recommended I take the most powerful fish oil, so I ordered this one. I wouldn’t consider changing to another brand. Top Notch!!!
