Not installed as it can not fit for the purpose I intended to use it for. I wanted something that I can adjust to different angle, but this one is just an extension to be held at different angle.

Like other 1-star reviews.It fitted once I had removed the nylon insert, but as soon as I turned on the tap, it popped off the tap (which is just like the illustration in the advert.Also ..... I couldn't see how to re-set from strong jet to spray, and in any case it is too long and floppy to direct the jet.Seeking another solution.

It's well made and looks nice.If you have low water pressure I think it would be a good buy. Unfortunately for us the water pressure makes it shoot off the tap so we have had to abandon it and go back to one of those push-on rubber things.

The advert showed my tap for it to fit but it would not go on, a waste of money on my part

The items are arrived in lesser than 24h and this is a good point.....the only one!As written I received 2 items, the problem is that to install only I had to use both.Is written that are universal but they aren't: the both white adapter socket didn't fit at all to my "common British faucet" (the common one with a short head), they're too long both and the faucet head doesn't fit at all till sealing. I also tried to remove both rubber seals that are inside the white socket, but water continue to leak and spill.Then I removed the filter inside the faucet head and installed the adapters provided but: adapter A was faulty, the tread don't fit at all with the head; adapter B resulted the only one working in terms of fitting and leaking. After 2 hours the final result is that I installed one that works, at any pressure, and leaks, very lightly, but leaks and it does at any pressure.....In the end: I f***** up 2 kits for install 1, using an "Universal Kit"A 50% refund I think is more than due.

Nothing bad to say at all. I'm very happy with the product. Easy to install. It fits my kitchen sink tap perfectly well.It make it fit my kitchen sink tap, I had to remove the inner white rubber ring that was inside the provided tap connector, then tightened the connector to the tap.I then had to screw off the black adapter/connector that came inside the hose (the opposite end of the sprayer head) so that I could connect the part by simply screwing it on to the tap connector I had just fitted. Voilà!

We were very happy with the product in the beginning but after only a week we now had to throw both of the aerators away. No matter what we've tried, they kept falling off. Especially when we turned the water on, it would come off and leave the kitchen and myself soaked in spray water. We think the problem is the hose clamps as they are simply not tight enough, but also can't be tightened further as they start to bend. Would not recommend this product at all.

This thing is now attached to my kitchen sink tap, and I can finally rinse the sinks! I attached it to a Brit’s filter tap, and it works a treat! Changed my sink experience 🤪I’ve attached the other to my bidet, also an improvement, as the end of the tap swivel thing flew off, leaving me with a useless tap, but no more! It’s just a pity that the threads didn’t match up, but the adapter did the job, it has an adjustable washer, so would fit most taps.Brilliant! 😁

I moved in two weeks ago and I'm using this sprayer in my new kitchen. I was so excited when I found it as the original owner didn't install one in this newly remodeled kitchen. It was easy to install and works great for cleaning the sink and rinsing dishes, vegetables, fruits ,etc. and the price just can't be beat.

I purchased this because my sprayer leaks a jet stream that hits our chests every time. It’s nice that there are two of these, but sadly, they’re both made with some sort of flaw when it comes to my kitchen faucet. I’ll eventually buy a new sink and faucet set, but for the time being this will have to do.No matter which sprayer I used, I had a leak. I couldn’t use the white adapters at all, again, probably due to the age of the the faucet, but both leaked. I swapped washers, made sure I had it screwed in properly, everything. Simply didn’t work. I added a video to show what was happening. Thankfully, the leak drops directly into the sink and not at us when we wash, so it’ll work for now. For now.
