They are thin hard plastic with protruding islands with magnets embedded in them. I am trying them with my slippers and not cutting them yet in case I need to return them. Maybe they will warm up and soften. I just realized that all of the reviews are written on the same day, very odd. So far not very comfortable with the protruding magnet encasements poking into the soles of my feet. I didn’t want to rate until I walk around in them but it won’t post without a rating. I am a nurse on my feet a lot always looking for something to help my feet. Trying to he hopeful here. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good feel *by K***R on March 19, 2019* Not sure magnets do anything but little spikes seem to help with circulation. Nice feel ### ⭐ Ok *by M***H on May 1, 2019* What's up with this offensive image? Somebody hack their account?Used the shoe inverts several times working out on my treadmill and don't notice anything great or better? Maybe it is good? I'm not sure yet... --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/99698412-mespirit-mindinsole-for-feet-acupressure-magnetic-inserts-for-men-women](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/99698412-mespirit-mindinsole-for-feet-acupressure-magnetic-inserts-for-men-women) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
