I would not recommend the clear version of this product. I ordered clear trim so the original colour of the car showed through. When fitted cold the adhesive bubbles and is visible through the plastic looking unsightly. If warmed as well as bubbling inside the trim it also leaks from the trim. The package contains no instructions or warning that it contains adhesive. Trims I have used on previous vehicles have not used adhesive and stayed in place by the plastic gripping on the door edge.
