I researched this product before I bought it, and the recommendation was wear them for 30 to 45 minute walk a day. I wore them for the recommended time, and I feel great. I think many people are overusing them, and it is causing them pain. Yes, the product arrived with no instructions, but if you do your research ahead of time, you won't cause yourself un-necessary pain. I find today that my back, neck and hip pain has been greatly reduced. I will be wearing them every day when I walk my fur baby. Yes I recommend this product, and have ordered 3 more pairs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was skeptical but these WORK *by N***A on February 28, 2019* Took some getting used to at first but definitely has helped with back pain. I’m on my feet all day at work....lots of walking and also had a pinched nerve in my back that constantly bothered me especially when cold out. But a few weeks with these I’ve noticed my back hasn’t bothered me at all ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Feels Great! *by A***Z on April 26, 2019* It took a few days to get used to walking on these - but I love them. I bought them for my husband and myself. I spend my work days on my feet and they keep me energized all day. My back pain diminished greatly too, which was a great bonus. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/99675518-mindinsole-for-feet-acupressure-magnetic-inserts-for-women-and-men](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/99675518-mindinsole-for-feet-acupressure-magnetic-inserts-for-women-and-men) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
