These are great! The adapter only needed if you use extra slim filter tips. I'm using the slim ones so my rollies fit perfectly without using the white adapter (see picture: from top to bottom - 3 times used filter, filter fitted over a slim filter tip roll up, the adapter alone fitted over extra slim filter tips). One filter lasts for 3 rollies (see the used one in the picture) after that the tar starts climbing up. Overall I'm very happy with these and will be purchasing a bigger pack next time. Only bought the smaller quantity to see how they fit the rollies.

I found it a bit odd having this filter at the end of a cigarette it did take time to get used to them. Having used them for a while now and knowing how much Nicotine is reduced by using them I wouldn’t be without them. Does seem a bit of a waste having two sizes in the same box as only slim one that I use the other gets thrown away so would be better to have maybe one box for each. That’s my only criticism.

You can't actually get through 1 cigarette with these filters before the tar it's collected is coming back up the tube nd I to your mouth

You can only use for 1 roll-up, then you taste the tar.

Horrible plastic taste

I didn't need to use the little white tips , these fitted well on my rolled Cigarettes without it

Am very impressed with these. They work really well with my roll ups, with extra slim filters. The picture shows the amount of tar after just 2 cigs. I hate to think how much is in my lungs after smoking for 30yrs. Will use these from now on all the time.

Couldn't get the normal brand i buy so gave these ago they work better than others i have used so will continue to buy and use these.

Le filtre ne retient rien du tout, ce que l on voit sur la photo, c seulement après avoir tiré 2 bouffées sur la cigarette roulée, et à la fin de la cigarette, le goudron et nicotine coule dans la bouche. Je déconseille vraiment

Mauvais. Ne dure plus que 2 cigarettes, avec la 3eme le goudron glisse dans la bouche. Donc pas économique. Quand même la taille convient aux roulées slim 5,7 et 6mm
