I called several time to the costumer service for my warranty but they said they can’t help. It stopped working after three months and i want it to be replaced.

The product efficient is good but lasts only 2-4 months

I, ordered it for my i phone XR, and its working perfectly fine also the wire durability is a plus point I think ordering the long wire will be better.

I was not expecting such poor packaging though, especially as the box was wet and there was no plastic packaging within to protect the cable.Didn't expect Amazon to cheap out on packaging of all things especially with their in house product.It seems to work and charge fine.

I ordered this a month ago but this wire is not working now and if it works it charges reverseAs i have 3 more wires of amazon basics but this one was not good and quality of ut wasn’t good

The cable is better than the original apple cable. It has sturdy connectors and is reinforced to prevent cable from breaking. The charging speed are great.

I bought this cable (10ft, black) in September 2019 (just over 1 year ago). It doesn't work anymore - I plug it in and it does the "charging - not charging - charging" etc game. I will say, though, that it's been great for the 1 year. I've used it every day and never had any issues. Charges my iPhone in a decent amount of time. So: I've loved it for a year, but now it's garbage.

Fantastic product would recommend as a cheaper alternative to an i phone lead, being apple verified no errors after a few days saying device not recognised saving money in the long run when buying cheaper alternatives,

Having gone through several USB cables over the years I was on the look out for some additional cables for use around the house.The Amazon basics cable did not fail to impress. For the price they are very good, work well and have lasted longer than other cables that have “lifetime” warranty!Highly recommended
