Camera Microphone Video Microphone DSLR Interview Videomic Shotgun Microphones for Canon Nikon Sony Panasonic Fuji, Cardioid Directional Microphone

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this microphone! Until now I always used the inbuilt microphone on my camera, the sound quality always seemed thin and quiet so I always had to have my studio microphone (SM7B) on the side picking up the audio so that I could replace the original camera audio in post-production. Now that I have this shotgun mic there is no need for that anymore. Granted it doesn't pick up the lows and mids (lacks warmth) as well as the SM7B but that's to be expected. It picks up sounds very well and does a great job if you're looking to do activities such as vlogging, and it also does a very good job at blocking out the audio behind you so that you can focus on what's in front. It uses a battery, and though many other microphones like this don't, it's not much of an issue. If you're travelling with it just make sure to bring some backup batteries. For the price you cannot go wrong, this is a must have for anyone starting out, I'd definitely recommend!

I can’t really find a bad with it. It’s smaller than it looks on the screen, that’s a doo thing. Works well, I’ll review again if i find it is better or worse with time. The instructions are almost illegible so, get the puzzle head on and a magnifying glass. It is however pretty darn self explanatory and that’s the method i had to go for.

This review is for the Emiral MIC-05 Shotgun microphone. I bought this with the intention of using it for my iPhone, and was confused as I thought it was comptible as the product description said so via the search questions function. However it appears to be incompatible despite some questions answering that it is compatible. I used an external adapter for the iPhone but still no sound was produced. Therefore if you are buying this with the intention of using it on your iphone, try the MIC-07 version as that model is intended for phones. Anyway, I have not yet been able to try it on a camera and will re-edit my review when I am able to.

Doesn’t fit my canon dslr.

I don't know how other people here can say this is a good microphone. Are they fake reviews? It is very quiet and you can hear a lot of noise. The sound is worse than from my build-in camera microphone. I don't have a lot of experience with external camera microphones but I guess this is not how it should be? I only checked the microphone properly a few months after I bought it which means I cannot return it so that was a total waste of money.

I started to make vlog and really need a video microphone. After using it for the past few days, I found it very light to carry around. And very flexible on what I can use it with. The shock absorber works very well to keep any unwanted sound. It does a great job on recording what is in front of you and block out sounds behind you. I am quite satisfied with it. If you are starting to experiment with better audio, I strongly recommend you to start off with this product.

Pretty disappointed with this mic to be honest. Even for the price. From my tests I can hear no difference between this mic and the standard mic on my camera. The wind sock doesn’t work either, it seems to amplify the sound of the wind when it hits the foam. Might be better for indoor/ small rook use such as a vlog set up with no other ambient noise. Easy to use too.

This tiny unit slips into the accessory shoe and does the job. I've used it for three interviews, and found it bypasses the built in mic satisfactorily, giving decent audio to the video, used from about six feet away and set to position "2" on the mic volume.

Clear, not muffled. Great for interviews and vlogs. It does not lose to pricey ones.

Ich bin vom Gerät positiv überrascht. Habe früher immer sehr undeutliche Töne gehabt, mit dem Richtmikro ist das komplett anders, es liefert den Ton sehr klar und ausgewogen, genauso wie ich mir das vorstelle. Pro: ✅ sehr guter Ton ✅ Für Kameras und Smartphones nutzbar ✅ gute Verarbeitung Preis-Leistung meiner Meinung nach unschlagbar.

Microfono ad alta sensibilità e molto leggero ,ovviamente non si può paragonare ad un microfono professionale, ma se vi occorre qualcosa per fare upgrade dei microfoni integrati dei vostri dispositivi, questo microfono è ottimo. Il connettore standard può facilmente connettersi con quasi tutti i tipi di fotocamere . Finora l'ho utilizzato con cellulare, fotocamera reflex (fujifilm x-t 20) e tramite un adattatore 2.5 mm anche con la Action Cam. Molto semplice da usare mi è bastato inserire il jack nella fotocamera ed è andato tutto bene. Il microfono si può inserire nella slitta del flash e con una rotellina fissare in modo molto stabile. L'audio migliora rispetto al microfono integrato, soprattutto all'aperto e in condizioni di vento. C'è l'indicatore di potenza per controllare il livello di batteria in qualsiasi momento. Lo consiglio a chi vuole avere dei video con un audio un po' più professionale senza spendere molto.
