My girlfriend says she loves it and used it for baking chocolate chip cookies.She said they came out perfect. Not overdone on the bottom and uncooked in the top/middle. :-)A little thinner than I expected but it works well.It came rolled up inside a long tiny plain box about 1"x1"x12" (or so).She also said she saw a chef on TV turn a metal casserole pan upside down and placed the baking sheet on it.In case you are wondering what I was wondering..."Yes, you place food to be oven cooked/baked directly on this sheet! (lol - I didn't know...I make sandwiches!)I think she also placed it under some cupcake paper baking cups.I am sure she will use this in as many applications as possible, unless you need that bottom a little hotter, crispier, or burnt. :-)Hope this helps!

I did not think it could possibly work, but this baking mat is pretty cool. I baked biscuits on it to see if it could take high heat and they came out great! I think we will save a bundle on parchment paper. The only drawback is it only fits my large baking sheet.

Since the addition of quartz counter tops, my wife & I wanted *some* cushioning for the surfaces likely to have frequent glassware impact.This product is perfect for that: it lies flat, is easily cleaned, and keeps the crystal from getting chipped/broken-- well, some breakage still occurs, but nowhere nearly the numbers before we got these mats.Great kitchen addition.

This product is an amazing substitute for traditional baking sheets (that then require a non-stick treatment of your choice) or parchment paper.Super easy to to clean, they roll up, and they are non-stick. No matter what you are baking, this is a great product to use. you can even use it under a bread pan or pie pan to catch any spillover.Highly recommend this product.

This is a very nice mat. Everything cooks easily, and clean up has not been a problem at all. A nice little feature is it can be rolled up and stored in the drawer with the (now old) parchment paper.

This baking mat is awesome! Recently baked up a storm of Christmas cookies and they slid right off the mat with no breakage when out of the oven (and slightly cooled). Plus, it's super easy to clean, unlike my metal cookie sheets which get black gunk build-up. This was deilvered sooner than the estimated delivery time, too, which was nice!

I used this for baking cookies, and they practically slid right off the mat. No struggling to unstick them.There was some tape stuck to the mat to keep it in a roll. That was really hard to get off, and I ripped the edge of the mat in the process. I'm hoping this doesn't affect it's future durability.

I've really put this item to the test, and must say that it's performed beautifully. I've prepared cheese quesadillas, various types of cookies, abs roasted a myriad of vegetables, and in each instance found it to be a great cooking surface (even heat distribution) and easy to clean. I also love how it rolls up for easy storage!
