A must have for making lefse
I bought this for my mother in law. She makes Norwegian lefse, and after many years, the one she had, finally failedShe had a Bethany lefse griddle, and I knew they are the gold standard of lefse griddles, so I knew exactly what I needed to order. And she wasn’t disappointed when it showed up on her doorstepIt’s big enough, and gets hot enough to make perfect lefse every time!

Lefsa stuck to the pan. It as hard to clean.

Solid, convenient, even temperature
A friend taught me how to make lefsa (Norwegian tortilla made with potatoes and flour dough) in early December. They were good (thanks to my teacher), and my husband immediately ordered our own griddle. He's a huge lefsa fan, so I christened our new appliance by making a big batch. The griddle heated quickly and very evenly. Every lefsa baked up beautifully.

So excited
I got this for Christmas for making lefse and tortillas. Because I had already made a bunch of lefse for the year, I haven’t used it for that yet but works great for the tortillas. Will never had store bought again!!

Not Teflon coated!!!!
It wasn’t Teflon coated. Following directions we totally burnt lefsa, stuck to pan a real mess!
