I must admit I was skeptical when I first downloaded this book, especially since I used to work out sometimes twice a day and always thought I was just stuck with a bad metabolism.Overall though I was pleasantly surprised by some of the techniques in here..they are certainly working so far! Thank you Shannon! Her blog posts are great and this book is no exception

Great Content
I thought this book was going to be for chicks but this is really good. I didn't realize how much damage repetitious exercize can cause. It made me think twice about my own routine. This is great for anyone, not just chicks. Great book. Can't wait to try the recommended exercizes inside.I've read from this author before and she always delivers great content. I give it 5 stars for sure.

I really didn't think I could sweat so much in just 20 minutes. I wouldn't buy this if you're not willing to put the effort in for 20 minutes though. You really do have to push yourself to see any results from this cardio solution, but it's really worth it!

Blast Fat Away!
Great guide on workouts that target getting rid of fat. Although cardio is important, walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes is not going to blast your fat away. Shannon teaches you how to put a routine together and also lays out a workout plan for 12 weeks. Having read some of Shannon's other workout books, her techniques really work! I'd highly recommend this book by her!
