In terms of cool factor its high up there. It is a spring loaded pop up game case! It holds six cartridges quite securely and it is easy to remove and easy to insert. It has a locking mechanism for the cartridges so it will not pop out when it opens. On either side of the unit there's a place to attach a lanyard or a large key ring like those wire luggage tags. At first I wish they just kept it a rectangular box but now that I am able to attach this to my NFC tags I love it. The only reason why this does not get a perfect 5 is the fact that you have to hold down the cartridge holder while you close the small door that keeps it in place. There's no locking mechanism to keep it held in place except for the door itself. One trick I learned when closing, push the cartridge holder into the unit, then press the release button down, this should keep the cartridge holder from popping up then you can easily close the door. This is a 2 handed operation,.... Like I said it is not perfect but pretty damn close!I highly recommend this if you like to carry a few games with you, and don't want to keep in an Altoids box. It is spring loaded, and very satisfying when it pops open to retrieve your cartridges.UPDATE:One negative about this case is the button, it is too easily pressed while in a tight bag and this will cause it to open accidentally.
