EXCELLENT and Very healthy wheat flour.
I am regularly using this product since it's launching at AMAZON.I am very choosy in buying organic and healthy wheat flour , I tried lot of brand not only flour but also whole whole organic sarbati wheat grains and getting in grinded in my domestic grinding machine but finally there was no comparison with this wheat flour which is really very healthy ,excellent in taste and flavor.however it is little expensive but negligible for those who are really health conscious in the present unhealthy and polluted enviornment.Thanks.to seller for introducing such wheat flour who understands the value of human life.

i don’t recommend any grains but if you must
i know grains are harmful so any “healthy” grain needs to be take with a bucket of salt :) there is no healthy grain.... in fact whole grains are worse because it is skin of grains that has most toxins... but also most nutrition... catch 22. btw... when i say nutrition then don’t assume that grains are healthy... inner part is all carb. whatever little is available on skin. but so are grain defensive enzymes.here is trick to get around this addiction (yes, grains are addictive):cook well. burnt is better than undercooked. remember you must kill those enzymes otherwise it will torture you and will try to kill you for eating grass babies :)i eat only one paratha per meal time no matter what is hunger index. i use sharboti atta because it allows max absorption of oil or ghee.... while making paratha make sure to put lots of spoon marks on it while cooking... that will allow more ghee or oils to soak through... it is like much easier way to make kerala paratha without the yeast and headache.and use cast iron skillet and also make sure your paratha or chapati is not bigger than the flame size. yes, i know indian has flame size is pretty small so look around... there are few manufacturers who make big size burners. this is to avoid undercooked edges of roti or paratha.this is best..... but i would not spend lots of money for “whole” grain. i would rather spend on red.... m eat. and that’s another story... overcooked m.... eat is harmful. try rare or medium rare at best.

Great product , bad packaging and terrible management behind the scenes
I’ve given this 5/5 for the flour, 5/5 for its softness and Value for Money, where this co. Is bad is basic lack of understanding the Issue, they seem to be run by some wealthy people who assume everything a customer complains is just about discounts or money, can’t explain much here but a royally pathetic bunch of people on how they sort issues, and they brag about their packaging out of two bags one is all leaked out while this can be due to the courier too but considering they place themselves as a premiumProduct well use premium package and above all a better courier partnerAnd seriously learn to be humble and understand what’s the issue rather than just think all people seek is a discount coupon, these are tough times but so is everyone able to deal with this betterP.S : They just refunded me the money last night which makes no sense since now I have the product after days of back and forth so hopefully they understand no one is here for free goodies and send me a link to payment page

Quality is very poor and price is too high
What we call "aate me loch ana chahiye " when you need the dough. It never happens which leads to breaking up while flattening it. Ashirwad is better in quality as compared to this one. And i am from Sharbati's region so trust me i know what sharbati is and its quality.

Quality has gone down recently
I started using TWF sharbati atta since May 2025, I have used 5KG packs two times now, but when I ordered 3rd time 2 weeks back, the package looks original but the quality of the atta has gone down the drain, it is course and giving ragged edges to rotis which was not the case previously, the taste has also gotten worse, it is now sour instead of the previously sweet taste, they have definitely mixed it or lowered the quality of atta. Very disappointed. Unfortunately it was out of return window so now I'm throwing away 5kg of this atta because of unusable quality. Hope they take it seriously. I have to look for some other atta brand now.

Amazing
This wheat flour is amazing for making soft chapatis. While kneading dough you can sense the flour sweet aroma in air which makes kneading experience wonderful!Have been using for quite some time now, and i’m very happy with it.I also tried baking cakes with it and turned out really good. It has a sweet flavor and gives a really nice aroma. Even though i ordered 10 kgs, it stays fresh for long as they mill it only on order.

Not pure flour.
The product quality isn't consistent; sometimes it's good, but mostly it's very poor. It seems another type, like rice flour, is being mixed in. I won't be ordering again. Finding good quality, pure flour from this brand online appears to be nearly impossible.
