I have been using this product regularly before my morning exercises. I also use it in the afternoon as a pick up. It is great.

I love this stuff! It dissolves instantly in cold water and has a very subtle hint of lemon flavor. I feel energized physically and mentally. I will drink this mid morning before working out, and again mid afternoon for a nice boost to get through the day. It reminds me of the refreshing water with lemon slices that you get at a spa.
