Very expensive - but a necessity
As I have reviewed before, buying clones of inkjet cartidges is just not worth it if you are looking for the best possible quality. Same goes with the choice of papers: cheap = reduced quality. Fine for printing out correspondence and archive stuff, but not for art. I am selling giclée watercolour prints on Etsy (InkaArtsStudio), as well as restoring and printing old aviation photographs (Classic Machine Films), and I really need the best quality possible. These inks give me that, although it's at a premium. A very good friend - a former senior exec in one of the big printer companies (not Canon!) - called it The Great Ink Scandal. There really is no reason why these cartridges should cost as much as they do. But you can't argue the quality.

Be careful...
...if you buy this for your Pro10 S. It doesn't specify - just says Black. Foolishly, I didn't think to check. I wanted Matte Black, and this had come up in a search. The printer immediately said that I had two inks of the same colour, which turned out to be Photo Black.

Always perfect and consistent. Black makes a jet black that my customers are always impressed with

Quality inks!
I always buy the original Canon inks for my Canon Pro-100. The colours are rich and vibrant. There has never been any problems with fitting or leaking etc. More expensive than compatible inks but a safer bet.

Canon Cli42 Pixma Pro 100 Printer Cartridges - A cheaper option
CANON Pixma Pro 100 Ink cartridges. These products are always available and readily dispatched. Results are superb if you use quality printing paper and good photographic software like Adobe Lightroom. One drawback is that colours like yellow, photo cyan, light grey black tend to run out first. It would be good if these colours were available as a B.O.G O F offer on Amazon as this would be competitive marketing . Come on Amazon !
