I've been using this product for a little more than a decade and itreally soothes my throat when it's dry or I have a sore throat. I can'tcomplain. And, it doesn't me make feel sleepy like some other medicinestend to do.

Broken seal, item not able to be returned
Upon arrival, The seal to this item was broken and box opened. The warning label on box says to not use if seal is broken. Now I find out that this item is not able to be returned. Not cool. I should be refunded.
