I ordered micellar casein but received native fuel whey. How can I get this corrected?

I would contact customer service 1-844-NTV-FUEL or www.ascentprotein.com

Hi, is this product Lactose free? Thanks

The company emailed and said <1% lactose. It made me ill. The company said it has lactose and it made someone ill.

Does it have added gum? that is the worst thing for casein mixes. like concerete.

Ingredients read: GUM BLEND (GUAR, ACACIA, XANTHAN) I have not had a problem with it being to hard. I like the pudding option best.
