Update: I just increased my rating to 5 stars. After 4 months I have noticed a huge difference. I just chopped off my length and dead/fried hair after 2 years. My hair feels SO much thicker. And my hair stylist is absolutely in awe of how well it's been working for me. I continue to see more baby hairs growing. My hair is significantly less greasy than its ever been. Barely any shedding in the shower or in my hairbrush. I will definitely continue to use these capsules 2x a day. (One in the morning and one in the evening.) Original review: I got this cuz it was cheaper than the one I saw on tik tok, yet it has good reviews. Just wanted to try it. I have fine/thin/bleached hair and hate that I still see my scalp through the hair. A lot falls out too. Since starting this, I see wayyyyy less shedding and now new hair growth. I noticed this within 2 weeks. I even made my hair girl check to see if it was new growth or breakage. Her and 2 other girls at the salon agree its baby hairs and new growth. I've also noticed after a month that my hair is significantly less greasy the next day. I usually have to wash my hair daily because it gets so oily. Now I can skip a day often. I only took 1 capsule a day for starters because I had stomach issues for the first week or 2. I went up to 2 capsules a day. Morning and evening with my other daily meds. I haven't noticed any energy boost. Quality seems good, but I've seen other reviews where it's supposed to be more orange colored, and this is clear/pale yellow. The pill is rather large, but it's easy to swallow. There is no smell when I open the bottle. Overall, I'm satisfied and I'll keep using it to help with hair growth. I started taking Carlyle Pumpkin Seed Oil (3000mg) mainly for hair growth, and I’ve been super impressed with the results. After about a month or so of consistent use, I began noticing less shedding and healthier, thicker strands. Even my baby hairs are starting to grow in again, which has been such a confidence boost! The softgels are easy to take—no aftertaste or upset stomach—and I love that it’s cold-pressed and non-GMO. It feels like a clean, trustworthy supplement. I wasn’t expecting much at first, but this has definitely become a part of my daily routine now. If you’re looking for a natural way to support hair health, I highly recommend giving this a try!

I like this product for the quality of the pumpkin seed oil. I have experienced after taking it for the past 12 months that it seems to help me, but the label recommends taking 3,000 mg per day (3 x softgels) which was beginning to be too much pumpkin seed oil for my gallbladder to regulate, and consequently I began to feel some occasional waves of mild nausea as a symptom of my gallbladder overworking from the daily dose of 3 grams of fat. I later found out that 500 mg to 1,000 mg per day is just as effective when processed by your liver because the additional pumpkin seed oil can become fatty sludge in the gallbladder, so the daily dose of pumpkin seed oil that works well without putting a load on your gallbladder is recommended between 500 mg and 1,000 mg. If you have any side effects like me then be sure to review your daily intake of pumpkin seed oil supplement because it may be the cause of your symptoms.

My hairdresser recommended this when I felt changes in my hair. I have since purchased for a couple daughters and continue to recommend to others. Didn’t upset stomach, shined up hair and seemed to help growth. They are a little large if you have a hard time swallowing pills, but they don’t taste bad.

What a fantastic value this is when it comes to Pumpkin Seed Oil. I strongly feel like you can't get any better value over this, and my skin feels very soft and moisturized after taking 3 a day (like they suggest). I also have honestly taken 3 in the morning, and three before I go to bed for the benefit of less DHT, and just more moisture in my skin from the pumpkin seed oil. I think you're getting a huge value, and lots of pumpkin seed oil per mg by taking 3 per day, or even 6 if you want (I've had no side effects). I will continue to buy this as soon as I get down to the final 9 capsules (as I always do). Very good quality, great affordability, and you just simply can't go wrong with this especially if you're geared towards preventing loss of hair before it starts (like me). Luckily I keep my hair, but WANT to continue to keep it, and this does the trick!

Pumpkin seed oil capsules work good for prostate.

These are great. Smooth capsules that are easy to swallow, no real taste or indigestion from eating them. Supposedly they help with sleep, but I am an insomniac so those types of effects are lost on me with supplements. However there are tons of other health benefits from Pumpkin seed oil, even ones you wouldn't expect(gentlemen). I have them on subscription.
