Good Quality
The product seems to be made from high quality material. The sizing was also accurate. For reference, I am a 6'2 male weighing about 225 lbs and the Large size is perfect. The product will definitely heat you up and cause you to sweat more. The colors could be more gender neutral since the edging is a hot pink. However it fits under your clothes so it is not a big deal to me. I will continue to use it during cardio days. Overall I am happy with the product. I'm sure that this alone will not cause anyone to lose weight, but it may help to accelerate the process when combined with diet and exercise.

I purchased this waist trimmer because I've been losing weight and I'm trying to avoid a lot of saggy skin on my tummy. My friend recommended I get 1 of these and I love it. I've lost 100+ lbs and have more to go. So far my tummy skin isn't really saggy & I've noticed more inches coming off even when they weight loss is stall is stalled.

After my belt I had for several years broke I was on the hunt for another but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I decided to try this one and I'm sure glad I did! This belt covers the whole belly - love handles plus the upper tummy/waist area! It also provides back support and helps you sweat! Great purchase!

Amazing Waist Trimmer
I recently under went weight loss surgery and this product helped in so many ways. It helped with the pain of the incisions, gas pain as well as the swelling. All of this while trimming my waist down to a firmer size. I'm loving this product.

Works well, easy to use
I ordered this a couple of weeks ago and use it when I work out. It holds well. I would order a size down as the large I got was slightly too long.
