I was unable to get the results so it was wasted money. I emailed the support team 5 to times and never received a response. I called the support number and it had a pre-recorded message that said to email the support team. Every time I sign in , it tells me I have not enabled my account but never got the email to enable. I’m afraid this may be a scam. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered this in November and they received my sample, but won’t release the results I ordered. It seems as though they are waiting for me to buy the add I sent they keep suggesting she I check the status of the analysis. Shady. Go with 23 & me.
