Aluminum Ramps 4 ft. USA - Motorcycles on to Trailers - 5244 MCDR Ramp

I love this ramp. Having previously built several ramps over the years I was pleasantly surprise at the quality of the one I received. Way to go guys! We use it for Harley baggers. They're heavy. This ramp is rock solid. It weighs less than 1/2 what our old ramp did and like it has no perceivable flex when loading. None. It's nice that it folds in half. That makes it much less awkward to handle when placing it or storing it. The ramp is all welded construction. The welds look very good. All the cross pieces you step on, and that the bike tires run on are ribbed aluminum extrusions. They provide good traction for the bike tires and your boot soles. The spacing of the cross pieces is close enough that you never worry about getting a boot caught in the ramp. Very good design. Someone spent a lot of time getting it right. Lastly the ramp I received was American made. The quality of mine is excellent. Great price, good engineering, and American made how often do you see that? What's not to love?

Works great! Open it up and 'snap' it on the trailer. Folds up flat to strap it on the trailer on in back of the pick-up. Very sturdy. If you have a double trailer you still only need one ramp to drive up one side or it's so easy to move the ramp over. Not as heavy as you'd think it needed to be. Again it's extremely sturdy.

Outstanding. My husband and I both ride bikes. We needed a new way to load our bikes onto our Tandem Tow Dolly. In researching a solution I came upon this ramp. Taking a chance I order it and it is exactly what we needed. The ramp is perfect for me (who is 61) to load my bike (a VStar 650) and my husbands bike (a VTX1300) onto our dolly. There is amble room for the bike and complete footing on the way up the ramp. I am very excited about using it this winter as we travel around. Thanks for a quality product.

As others have said, the hinges on top is a pretty poor design. It's supposed to be made in USA, but the hinge design seems more like what the Chinese would do. I will probably cut off the hinges and put new ones on the bottom the way it should have been done in the first place. Other than that, it's a really good and strong ramp.

Works great it has a double the cross pieces that normal rv or cycle ramps have so your feet done fall through as you back out or in. it came with safety straps so the ramp cant take off when using it .You just have to install I bolts to hook them too..Well worth the money, I like it alot.

Will hold the heaviest motor cycle or atv with ease.Very well made, heavy gauge aluminum, good welds, not pop rivets. Returned a ramp that advertised 1500 lb capacity but when the instructions were read the rating was total of panels only 500 lbs per panel, ok for an atv, not so good for an 800 lb motorcycle that puts all its weight on one panel. A Goldwing is a very heavy and bulky bike. Without the right ramp, you could easily land up in a world of hurt. The 4' version of this ramp is perfect for loading my GL1500 onto my Kendon motorcycle trailer. There was not even any flexing when loading my bike up. 5 Stars for a 5 Star Ramp.

This ramp is fantastic, even better that I thought it would be. Use it to load my HD Road Glide. Strong enough to hold it yet light weight. Steve Smith
