Love this workout!
I am an out of shape 62 year old woman. I wanted to strengthen my core and maintain the ability to do everyday activities. I can do this workout! After the first session of the beginner's workout, I could notice a subtle increase in fluidity when walking, sitting, standing. The videos are easy to follow and movements are explained well. As a RN, I understand the importance of maintaining strength and balance as we age. I feel this is something I can continue doing. I look forward to the workouts. Well done, "P"! Love this!

I saw this on Ktla, and thought hmmm. Waited a week to order because once again Iโm thinking hmm I used to take a stretch ball class so it made sense, but a workout?? So I order, and I love it. Itโs easy to travel easy to do. Ball comes with a pump, wish it had a needle. But the workout is great! And I can already tell a difference!

Turn up your low impact workouts
I started with the p.volve program a month ago, and very quickly realized that the core equipment kit really helps kick this low-impact workout to the next level. The p.ball and p.band turn even the most basic moves into a real challenge. I've really enjoyed the workouts on the app - it's like a cross between barre and physical therapy. It's been really helpful in stretching out my super tight hip flexors while providing the benefits of barre, without any lingering soreness.

Unfortunately P.volve is not for me
First off, let me say that I have no doubt that the P.volve system works for some, and I had no issue with the equipment itself. I was looking for something to complement my existing exercise consisting mainly of barre classes and running on a treadmill. I was very intrigued by the system, so I bought this set and got a 30-day free trial to their streaming service (very impressed that they offer a full 30 days to test it out). Ultimately, I just found the workout to be too slow-paced for me and the moves felt quite awkward at times. When I completed each workout, I felt disengaged and wondered whether I had really achieved anything. By the end of my trial, I knew P.volve was just not for me :(

I have EDS and this product makes it much easier to work out without putting added stress on my joints.

great concept but...
u need a lot of instruction, balance and it is very difficult to master these. way too complicated and i am a trainer. there are faster, easier, more inspiring ways to get same results. i LOVED the concept, it is the execution not worth it.
