Bought to replace a old one, blade at an awkward angle, didn't find It as comfortable to use- on the up side it was a lot cheaper

Buyer Beware
This shovel is being sold on Amazon for £24.99.It is a silverline shovel retailing elsewhere on Amazon at £16.19.The way the shovel blade is put on to the shovel is an ergonomic disaster.When in use the heavier the object being shoveled or the more tired the one using the shovel becomes there is a natural tendency to move one hand closer to the weight (shovel blade). A GOOD shovel blade where it joins the handle should be seamless so as to enable the movement of the hand. This shovel blade where it attaches the handle, including the rivets creates a painful impediment to smooth handling. A damaged hand/fingers could ensue long use.Awful construction, this poor handling shovel at £16.19 is bad. At £24.99 this is a shameless rip off.Thank you Amazon for the refund.
