I would like it to be a bit stronger, number 3 instead of number 2. That would be the perfect coffee for my taste.

This coffee is refreshing, smooth and delicious. It's worth the extra over supermarket beans. It smells amazing when grinding and the taste is next level.However, I'm not happy with the subscribe and save process. Every month I have to cancel my delivery and re-order it as I always get a better price, usually saving around £3.50 as I can apply the 10% voucher and get the lower new price. I feel that this should be done automatically and I should always get the lowest price as a subscriber. Some months it's like, £25 and if I cancel and re-order I can get it for just over £19. Annoying, but still love the coffee.

Great coffee, lovely aroma and one of the nicest tasting coffees I've tasted for a long time! I initially had an issue with Amazon shipping me a damaged bag with a hole in the top and unsure of the whole amount was even there. I contacted Amazon and was issued a refund for the first bag.I have also spoken with Coffee Masters personally about their coffee selection and the members of staff I've had contact with seem to really care about their products and their customers.They have a great website with some good information and a deeper look into the company themselves which in my opinion you don't see enough of these days.I haven't had a chance to work my way through their entire selection yet but if the rest of their coffee is anything like these beans I've finally found a company that spoils me for choice of great beans!The beans I've had have been evenly roasted and all in great condition (other than a package arriving damaged due to amazon using an envolope instead of the usual box. They accepted full responsibility for this issue)The beans smell great for a Columbian single origin and taste even better!All of the beans I've had from this company have had a roasting date within 2-4 weeks of purchase which is great in my opinion considering it's rare a company even lists this!I would highly recommend. Definitely found a returning customer in me!Well done Coffee Masters!

I had high hopes - single origin, sustainable, fair-trade conscious. These are a little TOO light roast for me. To be fair the ‘strength’ is listed as 2 out of 5 but the beans are a pretty pale chocolate roast - almost verging on a blonde roast. The beans are also noticeably matte and dry and result in a very dusty grind. A very even roast, I will say - and I perhaps should have read more into the level of roast i was buying - but the resulting brew was just a bit too light and lacking in those richer, fruitier and dark chocolate aromas I enjoy.

Da quello che ho letto relativamente ad altri caffè purtroppo ogni lotto di caffè può leggermente variare nella qualità, quindi tengo a precisare che in riferimento al prodotto da me testato consegnatomi in data 11 Marzo 2019 e avente in etichetta ( come da foto ) una sorprendente data di tostatura indicata nel 15 Febbraio 2019, posso tranquillamente definirlo un ottimo caffè sotto tutti i punti di vista e definirlo straordinario per il prezzo pagato ( ho da poco assaggiato un Mokador Arabica Monorigine Guatemala a quasi 38 euro Kg. molto simile nella delicatezza agrumata del sapore ma non Bio ) . Innanzitutto che questo caffè sia Certificato Biologico è importante dato che le coltivazioni di caffè a livello mondiale sono tra le più esposte all'uso dei pesticidi. Poi ho cercato per lungo tempo un caffè come questo che avesse una tostatura chiara, per preservare gli oli del caffè e far sviluppare meno sostanze tossiche durante il processo di tostatura. Un confronto l'ho fatto con l'ottimo Kimbo Bio tostatura light da me provato che rispetto a questo ha solo il “vantaggio” di essere molto comodamente già macinato mentre sotto gli altri aspetti personalmente l'ho trovato qualitativamente inferiore probabilmente per il semplice fatto di essere già macinato, che per il Kimbo comporta però anche una minore freschezza e maggiore degradazione del prodotto che probabilmente né impediscono una mia corretta valutazione . Infine personalmente ritengo questo caffè di sapore meno amaro e più delicato rispetto al Triple Certified Espresso Beans commercializzato dalla stessa casa produttrice Coffee Masters. Concludo dicendo che purtroppo non mi posso permettere economicamente e per spazio in cucina un macina caffè professionale di alta gamma quindi la macinatura dei grani risulta per me molto fastidiosa.

Hervorragender Geschmack, gleichmäßige Bohnen. Ist jetzt mein Lieblingskaffe, für die Aeropress und den Handfilter. Lecker!Die evtl. Neue, reine Plastikverpackung ist nicht so mein Ding.

Lo utilizo para café de filtro ( V60 ), ofrece una bebida con una relación cuerpo - claridad aromática excelente debido en parte a su bajo tueste. Actualizaré mi opinión cuando lo pruebe en cold brew.
