These did not taste like sweet peppers. They were bland and tasted bitter. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Everything is great! It only leaked a tiny bit but still sealed. Probably when it arrived, the box was dry. Tastes great!!!

These brined red & green peppers are sweet and tangy. They are crisp & not mushy. We love them on cheese steaks. My wife asked me "Why did you buy a gallon?". We just ordered our second jar.

I expected them to taste like what I remembered from Blimpe. The skin on them is very tough. The brine I don't like. It needs to come with an option to buy smaller sizes. Especially since it has a no return option. Had I paid attention to the no return option, it may have weighed in on my decision to purchase.

Sweetness and tartness is just right. Excellent on cheese steak.
