Nice!
Great with HA, also nice having it work with zwave vs more wifi traffic or using zigbee nonsense

Worth it
Like the other reviewer, I also was coming from a CT100 thermostat. My CT100 started flaking out on me and it wasnโt transmitting Z-Wave data properly anymore. This Honeywell TH6320ZW2003 thermostat is not only nicer and more modern looking, it performs much better than my previous system. I am using this with HomeSeer and had zero issues adding it to the Z-Wave network. HomeSeer found it right away and I was able to control it from that point forward. I highly suggest reading the manual thoroughly before even mounting the thermostat. The Installer Setup Options (ISU) can be a little overwhelming at first glance, but it easily configured with some time and patience.

Easily added toHome Assistant but is the older model that only supports Standard Z-Wave Plus
Installed and added to Home Assistant with no issues and is working great. I knocked one star off because this model "TH6320ZW2003" is the older, discontinued model with an older Z-Wave chipset that only supports Standard Z-Wave Plus, not Z-Wave Plus V2. This page should say "A newer model is available" but doesn't. The new model is "TH6320ZW2007/U".

Outstanding Z-Wave Thermostat
Absolutely easy to install and looks nice - very modern looking and sleek. I'd advise examining the manual prior to installing and be sure to understand each setting prior to popping it on the wall. Make sure you know what type of HVAC equipment you own and its capabilities such as system type, number of heating and cooling stages, etc. It will make setup much easier and possibly save your equipment from damage due to to improper settings. The nice thing is, you can pop the batteries in and run through the settings before attaching it to the mount. (If your current thermostat has an advanced or installer setup, I'd also recommend running through it and figure out how it is currently configured). Any of these settings can be adjusted after installed, including z-wave inclusion. I have (both) mine attached to my HomeSeer system. It included without a hitch and the configurable devices created exceeded my expectations. Adjustments are a breeze from the app or web interface and reporting is instantaneous. Here is the best part... there is no cloud service involved! I had Honeywell 7 Day WiFi thermostats, and was pleased with them, but had intermittent disruptions of service because their web API is constantly offline. That isn't a problem anymore. I couldn't be more pleased with this thermostat. I highly recommend it.

WARNING - this could direct heat when OFF
I installed this on a heat pump and had it working fine, providing AC. This is a second house, so I left and check it several hours later and it was 6+ degrees hotter. So I turned it off remotely. When I checked the temp the next morning it read 99 degrees! I had to send a neighbor over and they told me the heat was on (even though the thermostat read "off." So I figured I messed up the install and called the HVAC company that put in the HP. They spend about 4 hours setting it up. Unfortunately, about the same thing happened. Worked for while, then turned on heat even when turned off. It caused my downstairs to reach about 96 and the upstairs well over 100. This caused my frig to malfunction and thaw everything while I was gone. Fun cleaning job. I don't usually leave feedback, but wanted to warn others. I called tech support and it seems this has happened before.

Highly recommend
Bought to replace an older Honeywell thermostat we had in our RV. The unit works perfectly and connected to our z-wave hub (Indigo) without a hitch. The connection kit that comes in the box was well though out and made connecting the small wires a breeze. During the installation I had some questions so I called the 800 number in the manual and was pleasantly surprised to find that the person on the other end of line was very helpful and got us up and running in 5 minutes. Long story short, we had to change the type of heating mode to "standard gas". This is done by holding the menu button until the display changes and then find the right menu. I would highly recommend this thermostat.

Great ZWave thermostat that truly needs no C wire.
I was looking for a ZWave thermostat that did not require a C wire. This device easily connected to my SmartThings hub with full control in the SmartThings app and voice controls in my Google Home Hub. Batteries, in case of no C wire, work for months due to the simple LCD display. One thing to note, if you are running off of battery power the device will not act as a repeater for your ZWave network. A C wire is needed if you want to use this to expand the size of your network.

No factory reset.
Can't factory reset, which is a problem if your Z-Wave hub dies and you now can't exclude your thermostat from the network.
