Works without any issue. I was able to replace an old one from another brand with ease. The spout is a bit shorter than the one I had. A 14" would have worked better.

Very good quality

So the installation is quite straight forward. Turn the old faucet anti clockwise to take it off. Turn the new faucet clockwise to the outlet to secured it in place. No leak or issue with the setup. The faucet swing smoothly, the water flow is good, can be a little stronger in my opinion, but it still work pretty well. The only issue is the poor design of the aerator. The manufacturer put holes on the side of the aerator intentionally, which make some crazy splash all over the place if some screen inside the aerator is missing or misplaced. I have to take off the aerator and have a strong steam of water making splash until the new aerator come. Overall I will still the quality is good on this item, should last long in a harsh Asian restaurant environment. However I am getting different aerator from another brand. Hopefully they will fit.

The problem with these things is that they get very hard and tend to break due to daily use they are more than 100 openings per day, it is, from the first moment it is soft to open and close something that is to be admired since the others are very hard and get harder with the passage of time, I presume that it is because of the manufacturing materials, this is great

Not recommended for high heat areas like. A wok stove. Which is sad, Krowne has done great with my other faucets.

Worked perfectly! Swinged softly and smoothly. Had nice water flow too.

This thing is very good. It can take a long time to install it. Not easy to leak.

It works very well . Worth to buy it.
