Are these stickers shiny? and, what can i do to insure that they won’t peel off? i’m putting them on my ceiling.

It doesn’t look like it’s shiny, it’s matte finish.. it’s very sticky and easy to peel off.. I have relocated it several times and it is still very sticky..

For people who've left the decals on the wall for a long time (months - years), were there any issues with damaging the paint when you removed them?

Hi mine have been on the wall for about 3 months. But I had to move a few decals and adjust the design. Only damage was a little paint came off. I just touched it up with paint.
