I have used Matrix, Paul Mitchell, Vavoom, Biolage, you name it; I've probably tried it. When your friend is a stylist, I mean, why not? I've even tried Wen and Monet.The thing is, I decided I wanted to go "clean" a few years ago. That is to say, trying to get a way from things like parabens, harsh chemicals, things that are bad for the environment; you know. And finding something I like has been next to impossible. Either it left my hair dry, or left it greasy. Left my hair frizzy, or left it feeling gross. Along with the conditioner, it left my hair feeling very clean. My baseline for comparison these days is the Pharmacopia Citrus shampoo, which is wonderful. In comparison, the Pharmacopia (citrus is best) will leave your hair feeling silky and soft. This Majestic Pure Argan will be a good alternate to use to mix things up. But if I wanted to impress someone, I'd go with the silky and soft! :) Using this Argan did not make my hair silky and soft, surprisingly, but it felt impressively clean and devoid of chemicals or soap; like perfectly clean hair. Worth a try for sure!It's worth mentioning the packaging is not as pictured. The bottles in the photos (as of now) are much shinier and fancy looking. The bottles I received were dull, not shaped the same, almost like a cheaper version. I'm assuming the contents is what's really important, and the bottles are fine, just not quite as luxurious looking as in the photos.It's also worth noting people here are reviewing Argan as well as Apple Cider Vinegar and other varieties. I'd be willing to bet they are all quite different from each other! This one (Argan) I like for use once in a while ...
