This book is surprisingly well written compared to other how to books I've gotten as free Kindle downloads. Seems to be very well researched, too, but I just don't see myself going to the lengths necessary to make my own shampoo. The short shelf life of these shampoos would hamper usefulness as a homemade gift, unless they were made immediately prior to the giving - difficult when friends and family are spread worldwide. In any case, as I said before, the book is well written and researched, and it served to satisfy my curiosity.
