Can i replace a grunfos ups15-50x18 model 738 with this pump!

Grundfos UPS3 replaces and supersedes the UPS and UPS2, however the UPS2 is still favorable with most heating engineers.

Is a specific power lead required?

Hi, No, there is a plug in connector which comes with the pump, if ever the pump needs changing in the future it is a standard type lug. Mike - technical manager.
