Other reviews are unfair! Excellent English Muffins!
I'm disappointed seeing so many unfair reviews about these English muffins. Firstly, if you don't keep them frozen — you'll get mold. Why is that a surprise when the package says keep frozen? GF flours have different properties and therefore you can't just throw it in the cupboard the way you do a Thomas' muffin. These hold a lot of moisture, which clearly is intentional to give you a nice chewy texture. If you actually follow the instructions given... you'll get a wonderful English muffin that you can use for individual pizzas, breakfast sandwiches and hamburger buns. I'm so thankful this product exists! And if you're fussy about the shipping cost — it's because it's a perishable product that needs to be sent to you quickly. Just buy enough for free shipping, either here or on their own site! Try the donut holes!

best GF english muffin !
We have been buying these for a couple of years now. It is the best GF English muffin that I have found. The taste is wonderful, not dry and toasts very well. If you have wheat sensitivities, these are a real treat. We have also purchased the raisin and cinnamon which are excellent!

Tasty
I have to eat gluten-free bread, and most isn't very tasty. But these muffins are. They don't taste like the wheat-based English muffins that I used to be able to eat before I got celiac disease, but they're about as good as you can get. I use them as a base for Florentines, and also as hamburger buns.Only downside is you can't really open them with a fork, as you can with regular English muffins, so you don't get those crunchy hills and valleys.Microwave them from frozen for 20-30 seconds, and then split with a bread knife.

This is not your normal English Muffin
This is not your normal English Muffin But it’s pretty good for gluten-free. My favorite is a egg’s Benedict and these are perfect for that

Fresh when arrived
I have ordered from Katz website before and they are very serious about putting their items in freezer upon arrival. So I did and as I went through all of them, NONE were moldy. Came from New York to El Paso Texas. It actually did take about a week so I was hoping they wouldn’t be moldy already. thankfully were all fine. I would order again only because the shipping is better on Amazon than on the Katz website. But I would rather order from the Katz website because it would be more fresh. Just be sure you freeze ASAP!!

Product arrived Already Starting to MOLD. No Compliments from our guests on this brand.
Hello, I don’t like giving a negative review. Not my thing. But when the product arrives bad and I am offered 50% of my money back and I can’t use the product that is just NOT right. And I am told this is a 1 time Courtesy refund of 50%! I have had Really Good luck with my Local Markets GF English Muffins and breads All who have tried ask me where I get them as they love them. That was until all this Shipping issues the past few months. We’ve been out for a few months and They are constantly disappointed. I found this Katz Brand on Amazon and thought WOW is that Expensive! But I prayed it was a quality product. I was wrong on both accounts. The texture is Not like the Picture on the box. They look like Hamburger buns. When I wrote the company I was told off for not placing the GF English directly in the freezer when they were delivered. I knew I froze all but 1 package in my walk in fridge for the next mornings use. I never looked at the other packages that I froze. My Surprise in the morning was the picture you see here. My Next surprise was the way they handled it. $30 for absolute useless moldy muffins.

Not Quite The Real Thing
Being gluten free by medical necessity isn't easy. One of things I've missed most is english muffins and I've tried several gluten free offerings. While none come close to the real thing, Katz's are the closest. The texture is not quite the same and ultimately the muffins taste more like biscuits than english muffins.
