Pros:1. The insert is removable.2. The mask gets pretty hot.3. You can select time and heat level.Cons:1. Since the insert is smaller than the mask, it moves around.2. The cord is short and needs to be plugged in to turn on the heat.I can't speak too much on whether it works because I've only used it a few times, but it does feel really nice on the eyes.

07/30/2020The cord from the plug to the eye mask is ridiculously short. What are they thinking? I’m going to have to get some type of extension which means - MORE MONEY 💰The mask is two pieces which I thought might be nice but it pulls out of its cover ... 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️12/20 Bought a second but just because I like how it blocks all light, stays where you put it and there seems to be a slight weighted aspect.Cons: For the price, it’s not worth the few things it does do, but still: the cord is ridiculously short, the heat is way too hot, the elastic band will probably stretch out. Boo

I got this a few months ago to replace a similar one I left on a plane after a long flight. Loved it for the timer, fit, feel... but the cord TOO short. Had to have my laptop on floor next to bed and lay close to edge, as only a three foot cord.Unfortunately, the USB plug seemed to flex and loosen a bit. Then, within couple more uses, it came out of the cord. No real overlap or crimp or solid fusion between them. When I communicated with Flying Colors, they immediately responded and gave full credit. Great seller and , except for the short cord, a good product. I especially liked the versatility of the timer upto 60 minutes and multiple temp settings. However, the replacement will not be another, due to the short cord but one with a 6 ft cord..

Only nice in theory, because the reality is the cord is so short that unless you're wearing a USB power source on your head, it's pretty much impossible to use. If I were someone who slept on her desk, it might work, but I'm kind of old fashioned so I prefer sleeping in my bed. But even if you put a power source next to your bed, you'd still have to sleep with your head on the table or, again, strap the power source to your head so you can lay your head on the pillow. Since there are equivalent items with much longer cords available, this was a HUGE waste of money. Unfortunately, I now have to go buy one of those other USABLE ones. What an epic, ridiculous, obscene waste of time and money.

The mask is so comfortable and helped with the puffiness of my eyes. It is so soothing and relaxing.

I absolutely love this mask. It is great for relaxing at night when you go to sleep. The heat works wonders and it really helps my swelling and puffiness in my eyes go down.
