This item was cheap and easy to install but it was purchased at the end of June and it is no longer working and it's the middle of December. It lasted five months and I can't find a contact to ask about the warranty. Very disappointed.

The are no instructions, but you really don't need any. Just unscrew the three screws holding on the old pump and slide off the white plastic housing. Replace the new pump in the same order and you are good to go. Couldn't be easier. Dead to fully working washing machine in 90 minutes.

This is an almost universal design for washer pumps. The only thing that goes bad on them is the plastic impeller internal mounting pivot point. I'm pretty sure the design is meant to allow for a safety in case it gets bound up with hair or something, but that little brass quarter moon shaped thing inside the plastic wears away at the plastic a little more during every cycle. After 10 years, I had to replace our original. After 5 more years I had to replace the replacement and it was backordered and crazy expensive. I purchased this unit instead, which was rated for more wattage. All I used from this unit was the magnetic core spindle and impeller. It fits perfectly into the housing of the original pump and keeps the wattage demand to original spec. This unit cost 1/4th the cost of the original part. Yes, my washer is more than 15yrs old. We bought it used when we first moved in together and I've kept it going strong by maintaining and cleaning it myself the whole time. Replacing the spider at year 11 was the toughest job due to availability.

This thing lasted only 11 months and now I'm back looking for another replacement because this thing failed. Spend the extra money and get something else. DO NOT BUY

Replaced the original pump on my Kenmore front loading washing machine with this pump and it was a fit and seems to work fine. Tip: there are some videos out there that show how to replace the pump and while it is theoretically possible to access the pump from underneath the machine when it is tipped over, it’s a lot more straight forward doing it the official way and taking a bunch of stuff off. It took me 3 hrs and some parts were still a pain but it does work.

Easy to install, fits the LG washer perfect, sounds quiet in my machine the only downside is this is the third pump I have had to replace the past 4 years. Not built for long lasting but 45 minutes labor and cheap part is still better then buying a new washing machine.

Installed this pump in June 5/26 and has worked flawlessly since . Was packaged very well and delivered on time.

Installed Seentech pump in Feb 2025, failed 18 months later. Cheap, yes, but poorly made. Do not recommend. DIY, great to pay 1/3 price of OEM, but my time to fix twice and the need to buy another pump means it was a false economy to buy this cheap pump. The original OEM pump lasted 9 years for comparison.
