Worked perfectly
My wife and I are in our 60s and had to help my son move 3 bookcases weighing over100# each up 4 flights of stairs. This dolly worked exactly as advertised. It was easy to assemble and rolled up the stairs without a hitch

Good value for the price
Pros:Product arrived earlyParts were well protected during shippingMaterials used are quality, not flimsy or cheap resulting in a sturdy finished productMine came with plenty of extra hardware for assemblyOnce assembled performed fine on multiple surfaces including:smooth concrete, rough asphalt, city sidewalk, hardwood flooring, and four stairs of different heights.Cons:The directions are a small, maybe 5" x 8", exploded diagram of the dollyThere is no order of assembly. You're on your ownSome of the labeling on the diagram isn't quite clear and hard to seeYou aren't told what tools you'll need (I'll tell you though)Have a drill handy with a 1/4" metal bit in case all your holes don't line up like mine did on the handle assemblyTools:If all the holes line up (I only had 1 that didn't) here's what you'll need at the bare minimum:Medium sized Phillips screwdriverSomething to hold or turn a 13 mm locking nutSomething to hold a 14 mm bolt. When you attach the foot plate, you have to use both the 13 mm and the 14 mm at the same timeThis dolly does NOT fold or collapse in any way, but it sure does make it easier to haul my speaker cabinets around. I have one that weighs over 150 pounds and I'm not looking forward to moving it but now I know I can get it up the stairs.

Bought for my wife to maneuver laundry basket up an down stairs , was a bit awkward an heavy for her to go up and down stairs, suggest a folding and lighter one I still use this one

Bottom line, it does operate correctly, it's just a bit jenkey
The axle is a little under designed and the wheels would be much better with bearings or tighter tollerences to the wheel pins.. I used it to climb a few stairs with a 250 lb. load and it was no easier than with a standard dolly

If you only use it a few times it will be worth the cost.
Used to pull 70 to 150lb packages up 2 flights of stairs. Used 15 times in the last two weeks and it is significantly easier compared to a standard hand truck. It is lightweight and seems durable.

Not for stairs without risers
Works great for stairs with risers. If you don't have risers for the wheels to glide against, the wheels get stuck behind the step. Still much easier than carrying a pallets worth of flooring downstairs by hand, though!
