Very real like Mannequin head and good quality. I would have given a 5, but the clip it comes with is pretty cheesy.

Caution, you only get one head not two as the picture shows
The quality of the product is very good. but the ad is deceiving as the picture shows 2 heads. I was expecting to receive two but only received one. This is misleading.
