Review: Nice set of breakaway lanyards for holding cruise keycards - I bought this set of lanyards with plastic pouches to have something to put my key cards in while on cruises. The breakaway feature is necessary in case the lanyard gets caught on anything in the windy conditions on a ship. The lanyards have basic cruise designs on them...good on any cruise line. The vinyl card holders fit most key cards...have not found one yet that does not fit in the holder.

I got the quick-release kind because I was worried I would get my badge caught on something and strangle myself. These do release with pulling, but it takes a fair amount of force, so it won't just fall off at the drop of a hat. They feel both safe and secure, even with my name badge and a few keys attached.

This pack of lanyards features bright, happy colors with "flowery" effects -- precisely what I wanted. I appreciate the fact that I can clip an ID badge / key to the lanyard, AND that they are BREAK-AWAY. In other words, if a child accidentally yanks on my name badge to get my attention, the lanyard will immediately open at the back of my neck; it will NOT strangle -- which is always a good idea!!! Thank you; they're lovely.
