Does "keeper 12 standard w/flex" come with a bracket?

Yes and it WILL snap after about 5 months of riding.

Since it has a key, is it not easily accessible to lock pickers?

I jhave never known a lock that can't be picked as locks are a deterent, but if a professional lock picker wants to open a lock they will. The quality of the lock only prolongs time which even thje most complicated locks can be picked withing 3 minutes or less. I us 3 locks for my bike which detares any theive as they go for the easy pickings, I have had two cycles stollen in my life and one was locked so lock you bike a number of times and don't make it easy. The truth is they have these portable grinders now which can go through any lock withing 30 to 40 secs so it not just easy pickings if they really want you bike they will have it so like i said multible locks don't maker it easy.

I lost both keys for the lock, will I be able to get a replacement key?

you could always try asking the seller if they can send you another set of keys or you could always try looking for others seller's who might be able to help you but always be careful of who are dealing with whenever buying bike locks from other seller's other than amazon and any other lesser known seller's hope this of help to you
