Ancient wheat available in India is a dream come true!!! I had been buying spelt flour in Singapore and bringing it back here.Very happy with this - it ferments excellently for making sourdough bread! It's very soft and easy to make into dough. It would be great if they made a fine sifted version.I have ordered a couple of times and I'm ordering again!I love the fact that it's stone ground.
