Yes. My plant has put out several new leaves.

I have a fly problem around my large windows. Does this plant catch flies? Has it helped reduce indoor flies?

It depends, how big are the flies? The plant isn't big, but will catch gnats, small black flies, fruit flies etc. Tropical pitcher plants or venus fly traps would be better for common house flies.

How big can this plant get?

Mine got to the size of a silver dollar pancake in terms of diameter
