**Q: Do these come with the mounting screws and female quick connectors as pictured?**
A: have not recieved mine yet.

**Q: which motors will work best for a phantom pro plus drone ?**
A: Paul,  the KV rating is matched to the prop size. typically this motor is used on a 8 to 10 inch prop and a machine with a 450 mm motor center wheel base.
I don't have any experience with DJI products as an out of the box assembly, I buy all the parts and build my own machines.
These are good motors and for most of my builds they are my first choice.

**Q: what is the dimension for mounting holes on the bottom of the motors?**
A: 16m x 19mm

**Q: What is the shaft diameter? The props I'm thinking of running are 6mm and it would be nice not to need an adapter ring.**
A: I do not know the diameter but I do know that it takes a stand or 1045 prop and it also looks like it takes another size as well because when I put it on I had to push down on the 1045 prop to lock for a wingsland minivet
