New BalanceMen's 412 V1 Alloy Toe Industrial Shoe

I got 8 months out of these before the leather on the top of the toe started to open up at the seem.Currently im still wearing these but after 8 months as i bought them back in AprilOther then needing some new cushioning which i haven't in the past 2 months as i normally buy some, i dont depend on the manufactured insoles to support my feet so to me them wearing out is not a big deal they dont really effect the shoe overall, easily replaceable with some new inserts. I work in a warehouse on a 3rd shift (9pm-6am) and im on my feet aside a forklift 70% of the night, the work we do is sorting and shipping car and truck parts, so i work around heavy metal containers, long flat metal racks, large paneled boxes with car hoods, and many other types of parts.What im saying is my feet get dinged, swiped, bumped, ect,. all night long, the steel toe does its job, i had a rotor land on my toe a couple of times, not like dropped but fallen over onto and the shoes were solid. The shoe overall is very comfortable its light, it fits very well, it dont feel heavy or heavier because of the steel toe, its very balanced, hence the name, lol Anyways after about end of 7 months into 8 months about the only thing other then needing a new cushion as i said is nothing to replace, the part where the concern is, at the seem of the toe, the leather came up or loose rather and over time as i kept hitting the toe with stuff.Other then that which can be glued back, the shoe is in pretty good shape, im going to order me a new pair for the new year, but in my opinion this is a great work shoe, very reliable and durable.

I thought these were going to be the dark steel toe equivalent to the (spicy bois) white new balance dad sneaks but these are surprisingly comfortable and more handsome than I thought they would be. The slip resistance is nice and the shoes are very light in comparison to other steel/composite toe shoes I've ever worn. I actually bought another dressier pair of work shoes and had considering returning these but based on their looks, the relatively impressive first few wears, and the other steel/composite toe kicks I've seen my co-workers rock, I'd consider them a keeper.

I work in a hangar and on the flight line so I stand on my feet/walk 8 hrs a day so I need a comfortable, not heavy, steel toe shoe. I have had the timberland in the past but wanted to try a new brand, so my search led to this pair of new balance. I have had them for about a month now so this is my review so far.Very nice looking shoe. Meets the safety standards. Insole wasn't that comfortable but I have special inserts I have to use anyways so I can't really tell you how the insoles that come with it are actually are. They aren't too heavy compared to some of the other steel toe shoes I have had. They are comfortable and wearing in just fine. No sore toes from where the box toe starts, nothing like that.Overall at this point I definitely recommend these shoes. I am pretty tough on my shoes and so far these are withstanding my abuse, lol.6 month update: shoes did ok with wear, the inside heel area started to rub and deteriorate, couple possibly be the way I walk or maybe the shoes or are a little big, either way this was the first pair that did this, so think it was more related to the shoe. Overall it isn't a bad shoe but probably won't buy them again. With so many different choices out there, will continue to try others. So far i would have to say the Timberlane have been the best safety shoe for me so far...

The product arrived via fast delivery (before 8 am next day). I wonder if Amazon knows that this product is likely to be needed for work and therefore offers extra fast delivery. The shoe fits great. The sole does not have any arch support but thankfully, it can be replaced easily with another insole. I bought the black and grey which looks very non-discrete and low maintenance. It's bulkier than a running shoe but not as much as a hiking shoe. The leather upper should hold up better than nylon uppers. NB has a reputation for making shoes that are good for your feet so that's another reason for going with this shoe. I purchased another competing shoe but the fit and quality for NB was better. I expect to be walking around industrial environments in my profession so this shoe should serve me well for travel as well.

The media could not be loaded.  The shoes are amazing. I got these in the 13 4E size. I love the roominess and how wide they are. They also have a wide base and platform which I like. They breathe well and are lightweight considering they're alloy toe. Best and most important of all, they feel like actual tennis shoes and not work shoes.Now the bad. The insoles are terrible! I'm a bigger guy around 290 but I've only been wearing these for two days and realized the insoles were no bueno. As you can see from the photos the very thin foam insoles are already crushed in places allowing little to no rebound. I've only worn them for 2 8 hour work shifts. I've remedied this by replacing them with Dr. Scholls Extra Support insoles which seem to fit this shoe like a glove without trimming. Now, they're like walking on air!

I like these because they don't rub my big toes on the top.

The first time I ordered it only came with one shoe, but thankfully I did an exchange and thankfully it came with both this time and they’re pretty good. It would have been five stars if it came with two in the first place.

Tenis para el trabajo industrial, buen diseño, cómodo y viene un poco ancho y eso ayuda para estar más cómodo.

Very comfortable, you could even play basketball with these sneakers. Also has good toe protection

Son muy cómodos, pedí la talla que uso en México y quedo como esperaba, no leí las especificaciones y tienen casquillo.

Son zapatos cómodos, no creo que sean para correr ya que no son livianos, más bien son zapatos de seguridad o para uso industrial, el casquillo que tiene protege muy bien y la suela es antiderrapante.
