Shut off for no reason
For some reason it shut off during a wedding event for about 20 minutes. It got so hot in the food truck we had to put 2 industrial fans to get the truck cool enough to work in. Any idea why it would shut down? It came back on and is still working. Does it have an internal temperature sensor?

A top cap provided, which can help to avoid the entry of many kinds of foreign objects.THIS IS NOT CORRECT! THE MOTOR AND THE FAN BLADES ARE ONE UNIT TOGETHER. THE MOTOR IS EXPOSED TO THE FUMES, OILS OR WHATEVER AIR CONTAMINENTS ARE BEING FLOWN TO THE OUTSIDE.PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES TO BE ACCURATE.

Would never recommend to anyone to buy anything from this company it came damage he has a year warranty manufacturer, and they give you the runaround to replace it thing never worked Lost my money then Amazon doesn’t take responsibility either

DO NOT BUY this product. I bought and worked for 3 months and spent months trying to get them to let me buy a motor for it… they only wanted to sell me a new one.. can’t even get them to answer my emails or return my phone calls

El motor está expuesto al flujo de aire graso y caliente que extrae, o está fuera como lo dice la descripción, de paso vino suelto. No trae una caja de reposo para que la extracción sea eficiente. Producto chimbo!
