Workout Two is a no-impact, cardio sculpting workout that takes you through a continuous flow of compound moves utilizing lighter weights. Each muscle group is effectively worked with a mid-tempo flow to ensure a safe and effective workout session. Also included on ''Sculpting RX'' are premixes that combine these workouts in different ways to add yet even more variety to your ''Sculpting RX'' regimen. Equipment used: Light dumbbells (5 or 7 pounds recommended) and a mat.

Well worth the price!
Love this DVD. Workout #1 with weights is actually about 36 and a half minutes including warmup and cool down and definitely hits every muscle. No nonsense production and KCM actually does the workouts too. I recently bought the Jillian Michaels, Lift and Shred DVD also but after 6 times doing that DVD, I got tired of the constant ridiculing of her teammate whom she continually called fancy pants. None of that here. Just straight getting the work done! Also love the premixes included, especially the 18 minute core/waist (wow did I feel this one the next day) and the 21 minute workout #1 but only 1 set of each exercise (instead of 2 sets of each). The premixes include warmup/cool down as well. These are a great edition for those days I don't have a lot of time! Very satisfied.

My FAVORITE Kelly Coffey-Myer Workout.
I have a handful of Kelly's videos and love them all, however Sculpting RX really delivers ! Great total body workouts & the abdominal work is phenomenal !!

I love all of Kelly’s workouts. She is such an up beat personality without being phoney or annoying. She always cues on time and has modifications if you need them. I always find it challenging and I love the different pre-mixes so that if you have different amount of times to work out you can adjust as you need. This time I did a 38 minute pre-mix with dumbbells and other mixed movements squats lunges etc. It was awesome

Great video
I have probably 60 exercise DVDs, mostly Cathe & Kelly. This one is a keeper. Like that she does modifications. I have a number of exercise related injuries & am middle aged. Work out 6 days a week so short routines on busy days are great.

Every single Kelly Coffey-Meyer DVD is amazing!
Every one of Coffey-Meyer's DVDs are fabulous! She is creative and interesting and always takes a different look at exercises, with enthusiasm and fun. Also, her crew are always with her and I feel as if I know all of them. Love you, Kelly!

Excellent weights workout............
Haven't yet tried the cardio workout but weights workout is great. Use many of Kelly's dvds and haven't been disappointed with any of them. Always upbeat, encouraging and effective - 30 minutes flies by.
