I am in heaven! Came at just the right time as I came down with bronchitis. Leary that it would be noisy and keep me awake (I'm a very light sleeper), I was elated how efficiently and quietly it ran, can't even hear it! Very easy to use, Luv the controls, doesn't leak or take up much space, very lightweight, not clunky looking either as most are. The best part is, it can run all nite on low without having to refill! I contacted the company as bought as a gift but the person already had so was going to return. They were fantastic, no problem at all, very, very kind and wanted to make sure I was happy. So glad I kept it as has been a lifesaver thru this illness! Great humidifier and great company! I am thrilled to say the least!!

WARNING!!!Updated July 20, 2015I received the replacement 2 weeks later after I sent them another email, but at first they said it would arrive in 2-3 days...WRONG! I have been very patient up till now. I just turned on the new replacement unit only to see the top of the unit was chipped as well and leaking water through it. When I spoke with them on the phone to explain about the defective one I first got, the lady said the unit I received was counterfeit and that she'd send me an original which it would be of better quality and therefore wouldn't chip like the old unit did, but unfortunately the unit is exactly the same as the one she said was counterfeit. I am beyond disappointed! I just now emailed them and asked for a full refund, I expect that they will handle it professionally and not give me the run around, all I want is a full refund of what I paid. I posted new pics of both units (counterfeit and "so called" original) so you can see for yourselves.This is an updated review on July 6th '15...I am pleased that I got this issue resolved finally, and must say the person in charge called me personally, was friendly and courteous enough to answer my concerns and resolve the problem. Now lets see how once I receive the replacement, if it'll be as good as it should be. I will update the review again once it arrives and use it for some time than maybe I can increase the star rating.June 2015...I really wanted to love this humidifier since it is nice and you can use Ess Oils but when I took it out of the box I noticed a small crack on the unit. The first time I used it the top part of the unit started chipping and than it continued to chip more and more for no apparent reason. I want to return it ASAP because I feel like even if they replace it, the new one will continue to do the same and it's way too pricey at $100 (is what I paid) to be wasting money on poorly made products. The other cons are that the unit does not shut down by itself, it keeps beeping until you shut it off manually. Than if you turn it off and do not empty what is left of the water, it will leak all over the place which in my case it is a hazard since I have a lot of plugs near where I set it at night next to my bed. I just want to return it.

This is advertised as an essential oil diffuser, but it doesn't work very well. The oil gums up and is difficult to clean. It is, however, a good diffuser for getting moisture into the air. If you want a diffuser for essential oils, don't purchase this one.

This is a very nice humidifier/diffuser. It is very good looking and doesn't take up much space. It has a good capacity and a nice output. I like that you add the essential oil drops in a separate place at the top, rather than just adding it to the water. Two things that I don't like are that you cannot turn off the light that illuminates from the large on/off button, which is fairly bright. Also, it beeps several times when it is empty, before it turns off. I bought it for the bedroom, but I am afraid that these two things could potentially disturb our sleep. I have moved it around to several rooms in the house. In the family room, which is a large room, the capacity doesn't allow it to be very effective. But in our smaller rooms, it works great.I add a few drops of essential oil and it makes the room smell so nice. So, it is a keeper, but I am still searching for the perfect one for our bedroom and family room.

I really like this humidifier for its silent operation and sleek design. It has three settings - low (red light), medium (green), and high (blue). I was quickly sent a replacement for the original unit I received, which wouldn't turn on. I didn't receive a shipping label to send the first unit back, so I held onto it, and glad I did. The new unit I received has developed cracks around both the top connection port and the middle where the base attaches. While I'm not sure if this has affected function yet, the middle will randomly leak quite a bit of water, and at times the humidifier seems to only expel half the normal content of mist. I'd also like the product more if they took the tones away when pressing buttons and when the unit runs out of water, and created the option to turn the light off. I cover the light with a tshirt when sleeping, and leave it on the lowest setting so it doesn't wake me up when it runs out of water prematurely.Edit 1/9/17 - I've gone through two of these units. Both succumbed to cracking where the pieces fit together, leading to leakage. Removed another star, not sure I'd buy again.
