This Grouptronics, small, compact, portable, CD player, is absolutely fantastic. It’s easy to use and small enough to place near my bed. It’s a quality player with an excellent sound. In fact, the sound is so good, that you would think it was coming from a very expensive CD player. It came with a remote control, which is so useful. Don’t have to get out of bed, to operate the controls. It’s worth every penny. It comes with a radio FM station, but we don’t use it. It was bought primarily as a CD player. I would highly recommend this CD player.

Great little unit. Very compact and lightweight but delivers plenty of volume and enough bass for normal listening even in large rooms. Won't suit those that love heavy bass. Really useful to have USB memory stick socket for music as well as CDs. Note the radio is only FM....... NOT DIGITAL RADIO. CD player works well.......starting at the beginning of each song ! ( reference to complaints about other similar players that skipped tracks or didn't even start at the beginning of songs!) .Remote control very useful!! I use it in a large art room for background music and it is very helpful to adjust the volume remotely. I spent a lot of time choosing this item and it has paid off. Buy with confidence!!

Pretty good little machine. Would buy again. Interesting when it comes to activate warranty - not a scooby-doo link that works on tatty piece of paper that comes with it. Hope it lasts!

This is a reasonably good player. I bought it for our Down's daughter who loves listening to music in her bedroom. Many is the time she is listening to her music when we have to interrupt her for a bath, meal or similar and she always says: 'I want my music back on' and we tell her that we'll come back to her music soon. So, I hit the pause button. Unfortunately, the pause function goes off in the time it takes to have a bath or a meal. Very disappointing. The last player could have been on pause forever but then that was a more expensive model. I regret going for a cheaper player.

The unit in matte black looks stylish but that is where it ends.I had to transfer all my music to a USB drive, as I have a car with no CD player. The car is nothing fancy, but has a built in touch screen, which displays a menu with a choice of music sources (radio, USB), and I am able to scroll through all the music on the USB drive and choose what to play. Fantastic.I need a portable device which is the equivalent of this - ie it will will allow me to play the music on the USB drive, OUTSIDE THE CAR, and will allow me to see what is on the USB drive and chose what to play. I do not want to have to use headphones or earbuds, or have to link it to my phone. I just want something that will play the wretched music and allow me to chose. But apparently that is too much to ask.I inserted the USB stick and set the player accordingly. It played a random track. Not even the beginning track. I tried fast forwarding, it played a bit of the next track, not the next album. I tried going backwards, same thing. So I have to listen to what the player gives me, not what I want. There is nothing on the display that allows me to chose. Even if I was super organised (fat chance), and had a written list of say 100 albums to remind me of what was on the USB drive, if I wanted to listen to album 99, I could not just scroll through, I would have to play every track on 98 albums to get to album 99. This is ludicrous.OK, back to CDs then. I set the player to CD, but on inserting a CD got the message 'NO'. Tried another CD, every possible combination of buttons from the very minimal 'instructions'. Still 'NO'. So the CD player did not work.Tried the radio. What a joke. Loud white noise and the digital display flashing numbers very fast, no doubt trying to find a 'preset' station, as there is no tuning wheel on the player. I tried various locations in the house to try and get reception, and finally, upstairs and after repeated wild stabbing at the 'pause' button, managed to stop the thing at 881, which I recognised as Radio 2, although there was no information on the display telling me this.So if I am very lucky, with a following wind I may get a few random tracks from the USB stick, and Radio 2 or some other unrecognised station, if I go upstairs and manage to stop the frantic self tuning at the right place. Oh joy.The last straw was the power on/off button. This was as random as everything else. Sometimes it would not turn on, then at maybe the 10th attempt, it would. Then it would not turn off. Then it would. Then it would turn on at the first attempt, but not turn off. Then it would not turn on. Oh wait, there it goes, it came on. But it won't turn off.... I give up.

This is great, good size and comes with a remote. Lot of volume from the speakers if needed. Compact and lightweight, can use anywhere, does not take up a lot of space and Looks smart.

Per l'uso che se ne fa è un prodotto decente, molto spartano ma non manca nulla , la presa per l'alimentazione non è idonea per la 220 e il portello del cd è ad apertura completamente manuale.

Kam schnell und gut verpackt an. Die „Boom Box“ macht was sie soll und das mit einem Klang der für den Preis ganz OK ist. Klar gibt es bessere Geräte, aber die sind auch um einiges teurer. Ich habe bis jetzt nichts daran auszusetzen und meine Tochter ist sehr zufrieden.

Avevo letto che era provvisto di sola spina inglese, l'ho acquistato sapendo d'avere lo stesso cavo da sostituire con quello anglosassone.Il punto è: che senso ha vendere prodotti con caratteristiche inglesi in Italia?? Come se andassi a vendere in Inghilterra un auto con volante a sinistra.Il succo è che su AMAZON.IT NON vendi prodotti per il mercato AMAZON.CO.UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ich konnte das Gerät nicht testen, weil das Netzkabel nur für Großbritannien passt - ich hoffe, es gibt einen Adapter oder ein anderes passendes Netzkabel! Bei einer Bestellung nach Deutschland gehe ich eigentlich davon aus, dass entweder ein in Deutschland passendes Netzkabel mitgeliefert wird, oder dass in der Produktbeschreibung steht, dass es nur den englischen Anschluss gibt!
